3 Bin Hydraulic Hopper
Aman famous CM14H, first time tilting type three Bin hopper concrete mixer is designed to weight Sand, Aggregate and Cement in different compartments with separate load cell. Electronic water meter with digital display is provided to ensures the water quantity in liters per cycle flowed by the pump and auto cut off after feeding the certain amount. All controls along with electric panel are located right where the operator wants them, and permitted the operator to turn out extra batches every shift.

HopperAman famous CM10, Hopper is designed with rounded corners for self cleaning which maximizes output by enabling one man to keep the mixer continuously charged with material. All controls are located right where the operator wants them, and permitted the operator to turn out extra batches every shift.
Bucket & StructureThe bucket is made from MS sheet and reinforced with thick steel strips, with a tilting mode which is fitted in channel frame and lifts with wire rope by the mean of friction clutch. The bucket is not integral with the frame and it can be replaceable. The bucket frame slides inside the main structure. The main channel structure erects with the help of fastening the tei-up channels and thick steel plates. The angle bracket are provided to reinforce the structure.
Drum & Drive LineThe large diameter drum, manufactured from steel, provides thoroughly mixed concrete every batch. The drum opening is reinforced for added life, and the drum is driven by one-piece cast iron bevel gear with cast iron pinion which is replaceable & delivers smooth operation, long life.
ChassisSolid foundation is provided for years of trouble free service, this frame is electrically welded with rugged steel members throughout. Drum is strategically balanced on steel channel yoke cradle for effortless dumping.
Drum LockPrecise drum tilt control, while discharging materials, is made easy because of large tilt wheel. The all position drum lock allows the operator to position the mixer drum at any angle desired for charging convenience and the most power efficient mixing angle.
MechanismMachine cut steel sprockets are driven by quiet roller chains leaving little chance for misalignment. Large disc clutch and equally large brakes assure the hoisting of hopper accurately.
PowerDiesel engine and electric motor options are available according to customer requirements. These options are mounted on angle structure for perfect alignment and easy service.
LubricationsEasily accessible grease fittings are provided which make routine maintenance fast and simple.
